We ran the latest race from the recent lunchtime sessions today. KC took a fantastic win, dominating the race from start to finish. The result and current championship standings are available as a pdf document to download from here.
Coming up when we return to school is the Winter challenge race (to be completed by the 24th February) and then the first round proper of the National Championship. At this stage the race for team places is wide open!
Oh, and there is the small matter of a challenge issued by Miss Reid and her F1 gang from Queen Elizabeth Grammar, Alford! Having won the teacher Christmas Fun Race, their confidence is bound to be high. We shall be attempting to bring them back down to earth and remind them that we are responsible for sending them some outstanding F1 Mathematicians – Kym, Hannah, Cameron to name but three!
